But, what did Jesus do next? Verses 50 & 51 tell us that Jesus submitted to His parents and then comes verse 52. After He asserted His passion in life, to be about His Father’s business, we see what He did next. “Then Jesus increased in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and man.” First came the declaration and then came the “what’s next”. That is what our Junior High is about – the “what’s next” - the increasing in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and man. We can capture their hearts for the love of God’s wisdom and stature. And because of that, our young people will grow in favor with God and man. They will become unstoppable; uncompromising; and undeniably filled with the power of the Word to be about their Father’s business. They will get the “what’s next” and be able to walk in the fullness of His Glory; taking their faith to the next level.
